Account Eligibility & Registration

By creating a ki222 account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and meet all legal requirements to play in Bangladesh. ki222 operates under the laws applicable to online gaming, and account holders must comply with all local regulations. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. False, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Each person may create only one active account on ki222. Multiple accounts by the same individual, family members, or shared devices are prohibited. ki222 reserves the right to merge duplicate accounts or suspend all associated accounts without notice. Account ownership cannot be transferred, shared, or sold. You alone are responsible for all activity on your account.

Your Account Responsibility

You must keep your login credentials confidential and secure. Do not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with anyone. ki222 will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately at [email protected]. You are fully liable for all activity on your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify us of a breach.

Self-Exclusion & Responsible Gaming

ki222 is committed to responsible gaming. If you wish to limit your play, you may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through your account settings. These limits are enforced immediately and cannot be reversed until the set period expires. For complete self-exclusion, contact our 24/7 support team. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Policy

Minimum deposit: ৳300. Maximum single deposit: ৳500,000. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed within 2 minutes. You must use only payment methods registered in your name. Deposits from third parties are prohibited and will be refunded or forfeited. ki222 reserves the right to refuse deposits from flagged accounts or regions.

All deposits are final. Once credited to your account, funds cannot be returned unless an error is confirmed by our finance team within 48 hours. ki222 does not refund deposits made in error or while intoxicated.

Withdrawal Policy

Minimum withdrawal: ৳400. Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳95,000. Withdrawals are processed within 36 minutes during business hours. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification, which requires a valid National ID, Passport, or Driving Licence. Review typically completes within 6 hours.

Withdrawals must be to the same payment method used for deposits. Funds sent to incorrect accounts, closed numbers, or alternative payment methods cannot be recovered. ki222 is not responsible for delays caused by payment provider errors or network issues.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to reverse-engineer games or access restricted backend features
• Depositing or playing with stolen payment methods or fraudulent funds

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Welcome bonus: 155% match up to ৳8,000 on your first deposit. Reload bonus: 14% on subsequent deposits. Daily cashback: 1.5%. Referral bonus: ৳175 per referred friend who meets wagering requirements. All bonuses require verification of eligibility and may be withdrawn if terms are violated.

Bonuses cannot be combined. Multiple bonus claims within 7 days may result in forfeiture. Promotions are subject to change or cancellation at ki222's discretion without notice. Winning from bonus funds are credited to cash balance after wagering is met and are yours to withdraw.

Account Restrictions & Closure

When ki222 May Restrict or Close Your Account

ki222 reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your account if we suspect: fraud, money laundering, self-exclusion violations, underage play, duplicate accounts, bonus abuse, or non-compliance with these terms. Account closure is effective immediately. Any remaining balance will be held for 90 days. After 90 days, dormant account balances may be forfeited per local regulations.

If your account is restricted, you will receive written notice via email explaining the reason (unless legally prohibited). You may appeal the decision within 14 days by contacting [email protected] with supporting evidence.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes regarding account balance, game outcomes, bonus eligibility, or transaction errors must be reported to [email protected] within 30 days of the incident. ki222 will investigate and respond within 5 business days. Our decision, based on server logs and account history, is final and binding.

If you are unsatisfied with our resolution, you may escalate to our independent dispute arbitrator. Arbitration decisions are binding on both parties. Costs are split equally. By using ki222, you agree to binding arbitration instead of court proceedings, except where local law prohibits.
